No-Shows: Starting November 1st, 2024, missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. After 3 no-shows, future bookings must be prepaid via e-transfer, including any outstanding fees.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $20 fee per service.

How to Cancel: Call the salon or leave a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance. Emails and DMs are not accepted.
